The Finance Manager - R2R is mainly responsible for supervising, guiding, and developing a team of highly motivated accountants to provide excellent management accounting services as well as reporting according to IFRS and local accounting principles for various countries. They are also a reference point of contact for several stakeholders such as country finance directors, other streams (O2C/P2P/FP&A) as well as external partners like auditors and/or tax inspectors. You will be working within the global R2R function and have the opportunity to progress throughout the organisation either within the global R2R team or another area of PageGroup such as FP&A or commercial.Additional responsibilities include people management, month-end, quarter-end closing, reviewing VAT reports and supporting on internal and external audits.
